Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide counseling, mentoring, and training to youths in CCIs and care leavers to aid their transition.
2. Supervise the full-time team to ensure they achieve KPIs and guide the part-time team for the same.
3. Mobilize in-kind resources for program benefits and drive fundraising efforts.
4. Capture program success by documenting and sharing impactful stories on YouTube.
5. Strengthen relationships with existing partners and engage new partners for the Pankh program.
6. Oversee accurate maintenance of hardcopy and softcopy files by the team.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive).
• Multi-project management, working under pressure, and meeting timelines.
• Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Gantt Charts, log frame, and Odisha’s socio-political landscape.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Knowledge of program planning, monitoring, budgeting, and procurement processes.
