M&E Officer - Jalore Zila Network for Positive People Living with HIV/AIDS

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Project Coordinator (PC) and other staff for timely submission of program reports/data.
Compile data using prescribed tools/MIS systems, generate reports, and submit to SR.
Validate and track data, reporting shortcomings to the PC for improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.

Skills & Competencies:

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Internet, PowerPoint).
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Hindi.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle data securely.
Presentation: Good presentation skills.
Healthcare Sector Experience: Preferred.
