M&E Officer - Jalore Zila Network for Positive People Living with HIV/AIDS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Project Coordinator (PC) and other staff for timely submission of program reports/data.
2. Compile data using prescribed tools/MIS systems, generate reports, and submit to SR.
3. Validate and track data, reporting shortcomings to the PC for improvement.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Internet, PowerPoint).
2. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Hindi.
3. Confidentiality: Ability to handle data securely.
4. Presentation: Good presentation skills.
5. Healthcare Sector Experience: Preferred.
