Identify locations for mobilizing domestic workers.
Collect baseline information of domestic workers.
Mobilize them for various initiatives: financial education, health, and livelihoods.
Conduct regular financial education trainings and assist with product linkages to banks and post office.
Identify community resources and leaders to sustain the program long-term.
Maintain accurate and high-quality reports and records.
Network with local organizations, banks, and post office.
Achieve set targets with measurable impact.
Good communication skills, especially for training.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (reading and writing) with working knowledge of English.
Positive attitude toward working with low-income communities.
Basic computer literacy is essential.
Ability to work independently in slum communities.
Willingness to use technology in work.
Education: Any para-professional, graduate, or postgraduate candidates preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years.
This is a field-based position, requiring willingness to work and travel in slum communities.
Degree in commerce or finance is not required, though the trainings focus on financial education.
