Job Title:Customer Service Representative
Location:Gurgaon, India

Key Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills are a must.
  • Education: Graduates are required.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Age Limit: 18-32 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through both voice and non-voice channels.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services.
  • Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
  • Identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
  • For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required.

Additional Information:

  • The role is open to candidates with experience in customer care, customer support, call center roles, BPO, and related fields.
  • A verbal English assessment will be auto-generated after the application process is completed, and candidates not meeting the criteria will be rejected.
