Upasana got admitted at the private hospital and she will give birth to her child tomorrow. For the uninitiated, Ram Charan and Upasana got married on June 14, 2012, and celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary earlier this week.

Ram Charan and Upasana have been visiting multiple countries throughout her pregnancy. Fans are now curious to know whether it would be a baby boy or a baby girl.
On June 19, Ram Charan and Upasana were spotted arriving at the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. While she can be seen wearing a pink shirt and black trousers, Charan is seen walking just behind her in his casual attire. It looks like the couple had decided on the surgery date earlier, as they did with their pregnancy.
