Responsibilities of a Procurement Analyst

Collaborate with procurement managers to prepare and support vendor negotiations.
Review purchase requests to ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements.
Analyze data from contracts and spending history to support decision-making.
Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Keep vendor data accurate and current in the system.
Evaluate vendor risks for safety and compliance.
Educate and support internal teams on procurement processes.
Manage contract routing through DocuSign for timely signatures.
Track contract compliance and monitor renewal timelines.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and procurement practices.
Analytical skills to interpret and draw insights from data.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to plan and deliver projects on time.
Clear and professional communication skills (written & verbal).
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with vendor management, contracts, or compliance is a plus.
Able to handle fast-paced tasks and small purchase agreements effectively.
