Bihar ITICAT 2026 Counselling Started: Online Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, ITI College List & Admission Guide

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially started the Bihar ITICAT 2026 Online Counselling and Choice Filling Process for admission into various Industrial Training Institute (ITI) trades across Bihar. Candidates who qualified in the Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITICAT) 2026 can now participate in the counseling process and secure admission into government and private ITI institutes.

The online counseling process is available from 22 June 2026 to 01 July 2026.

Bihar ITICAT Counselling Process 2026

Step 1: Online Registration

Login through the official counseling portal using:

• Registration Number

• Password

• Date of Birth

Step 2: Choice Filling

Candidates can select:

• Government ITI Colleges

• Private ITI Institutes

• Preferred Trades

• Multiple College Preferences

Step 3: Choice Locking

After selecting colleges and trades, candidates must lock their choices before the deadline.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

Seats will be allotted based on:

• ITICAT Rank

• Category Reservation

• Seat Availability

• Choice Preferences

Step 5: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates must verify original documents.

Step 6: Admission Confirmation

Pay admission fees and complete enrollment at the allotted institute.
