Key Responsibilities as an HR Intern
- Research HR Shared Services best practices based on industry models
- Revise and standardize Desktop Procedures (DTPs)
- Perform data validation and quality checks across HR systems
- Assist with employee file audits for compliance and completeness
- Research country-wise HR policies and contribute to compliance fact sheets
- Identify gaps between local HR norms and existing processes
- Analyze HR service ticket trends to identify recurring issues
- Recommend automation or process improvements based on findings
- Understand cross-cultural work practices and communication preferences
- Provide feedback to improve global HR service delivery
- Support Learning & Development by helping design onboarding and training materials
- Assist in payroll transition and HR operations support activities
