Responsibilities – Scrum Master

- Assist in package pickup, delivery, and tracking tasks.
- Maintain quality standards for customer handling.
- Support backend processing teams.
- Ensure safety protocols while handling shipments.
- Coordinate with service partners and maintain good relationships.
