The Operations Manager position at Sajag Charitable Trust in Kalyan, Maharashtra, is designed for an individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee operations and ensure smooth processes within the organization. This role will involve monitoring, mentoring, reporting, documentation, and program support.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Mentoring:

Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with the team to track progress and provide guidance.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare accurate and timely reports on program progress and results for stakeholders.
Maintain a centralized database for program data and document best practices and success stories.

Training and Capacity Building:

Provide training and facilitate workshops to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with program managers to integrate M&E findings into planning and decision-making.

Financial Management:

Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.
Analyze financial data for effective budget utilization.

Program Operations Support:

Collaborate with program managers to support program operations, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with external stakeholders such as donors, partners, and government agencies.
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of optimizing performance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Willingness to travel to schools, government offices, and community locations as required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
