• Coordinate with service providers and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with knowledge management and team planning initiatives.
• Comply with all applicable regulations and qualification standards.
• Ensure accurate monthly reporting and adherence to HSBC process manuals.

Roles & Responsibilities – Universal Banker

• Monitor and report sanction evasion or AML policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and HSBC guidelines.
• Support AML and Sanctions Offices by providing requested information.
• Stay vigilant for suspicious transactions and report unusual activities.
• Complete AML and Sanctions-related training within required timelines.
• Request additional training when necessary for role-specific knowledge.
• Understand consequences of non-compliance with AML training requirements.
