Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate strong typing skills (minimum 22 WPM with 85% accuracy).
Work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Excellent English communication skills with good grammar, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
