Roles & Responsibilities

• Make calls to US insurance companies to resolve outstanding Accounts Receivables.

• Handle client inquiries via phone and/or writing to ensure excellent customer service.

• Conduct basic research on customer inquiries following standard guidelines.

• Build and maintain a secure understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, team services, products & processes.

• Work regularly scheduled night shifts (Monday–Friday 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Any Graduate; commercial, financial or similar discipline advantageous.

• Great attention to detail, computer literacy and strong communication skills.

• 0–1 year(s) experience using Windows PC applications, navigating screens, and learning new software.
