Job Description:

This is an entry-level to mid-level role focused on various HR and recruitment activities. Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities May Include:

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and documentation
Managing job postings on portals like Naukri
Supporting offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding
Handling Excel sheets, MIS reports, and recruitment databases
Coordinating with internal teams for hiring and operational support
Roles may also involve HR intern tasks, office coordination, receptionist duties, or sales/counseling based on the profile
