Special Drive for Divyang (PwBD) Candidates – 195 Vacancies
The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar has announced a Special Recruitment Drive exclusively for Divyang (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities – PwBD) candidates. The recruitment is for the post of Supervisor Instructor (Class-III) under the Directorate of Employment and Training, Labor, Skill Development and Employment Department.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Degree, Diploma, or ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution along with required practical or teaching experience as mentioned in the respective notification.
Age Limit (As on 16/03/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age Relaxation: Up to 10 years for Divyang candidates (maximum age should not exceed 45 years including all relaxations)
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of ?40,800/- for the first five years. After satisfactory completion, salary will be regularized as per the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a single-stage Objective Type MCQ Examination (CBRT/OMR). There is no interview.
