Requirements:
• Master's degree in MSW, Public Health, Statistics, Mathematics
• Years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluating complex, large health sector/developments programs
• Strong technical skills, using statistical software packages, including at least one of the following: SPSS, EPI-info, Stata, MS Access.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for all projects and programs.
• Design and conduct evaluations, assessments, surveys, and data collection activities to measure project outcomes and impact.
• Establish clear indicators, benchmarks, and targets for monitoring and evaluation, aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
• Collect, compile, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project performance, identify trends, and generate insights.
