Roles & Responsibilities – Accounts Payables (P2P)
- Process vendor invoices accurately within the P2P cycle
- Ensure invoices are posted and paid as per agreed payment terms
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle payment-related queries from vendors and internal teams
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and internal controls
- Support month-end closing activities for Accounts Payables
