Background:

The Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI) is an International Organization recognized by the Government of India, working to promote infrastructure resilience to climate and disaster risks. With stakeholders including national governments, UN agencies, development banks, private sector entities, and academic institutions, CDRI leads global efforts under its Strategic Work Plan 2023–2026, which focuses on:

  • Advocacy and Partnerships

  • Research, Knowledge Management, and Capacity Building

  • Program Support and Technical Assistance


Purpose:

CDRI seeks a qualified insurance provider to offer the following for its staff:

  • Group Health Insurance Coverage (GMC)

  • Group Personal Accident Insurance Coverage (GPA)

Policy Period: 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2026
Quotations must be submitted separately for GMC and GPA.


Corporate Group Health Insurance (GMC) Scope:

  • Group size: ~200 (self, spouse, and dependent children)

  • Sum insured: ?10,00,000 (Family Floater)

  • OPD cover: ?50,000/family/year (including mental health, dental, glasses, etc.)

  • Maternity Benefits: ?1,00,000 (Normal), ?1,50,000 (C-Section) – no waiting period

  • Corporate Buffer: ?30,00,000

  • Room rent: No capping

  • Coverage from day one, including pre-existing conditions

  • Waiver of 30-day and year-based exclusions

  • Pre & post hospitalization: Minimum 30 & 60 days

  • Cashless nationwide coverage

  • Includes terrorism risk, cataract, COVID-19, ambulance, domiciliary hospitalization


Corporate Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA) Scope:

  • Group size: 90–100 employees

  • Sum insured: ?1,00,00,000 per employee

  • 100% death and PTD cover

  • PPD, temporary total disability, medical expenses included

  • Child education allowance, ambulance cover (local/outstation), last rites

  • House/vehicle modification in case of PTD

  • Waiver of terrorism and suicide exclusion


Terms:

  • Proposals valid through contract start

  • Any deviations from RFQ must be disclosed

  • Contract award based on service quality, not just lowest bid

  • CDRI may request Best and Final Offer (BAFO)

  • Bidding method: Single-Stage, One-Envelope

  • Technical compliance is mandatory for financial evaluation

  • Deadline: 12 August 2025, 23:59 IST

  • Submit to: tender.projects@cdri.world

  • Format: Password-protected PDF

  • Password to be shared only upon request after deadline


Financial Proposal Format:

Section A – Group Health Insurance (GMC):

  • Premium per family unit

  • Include OPD riders, GST

Section B – Group Personal Accident (GPA):

  • Premium per employee

  • Confirm ?1 Cr sum insured

  • Include GST
