Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist

Keep customer details updated in the system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Answer customer queries to help them make decisions.
Share price quotes and special offers.
Provide excellent pre- and post-sale service.
Collect and share customer feedback with the team.
Stay updated on products and market trends.
Work collaboratively with sales team members to improve performance.
Handle customer concerns and close deals.
Prepare regular reports on calls, sales, and progress.
