• Management, Supervision and Monitoring of the activities at the Care Home as per ICPS and JJ Act.
• Renewal of license and registration for ICPS & JJ Act.
• Plan, implement and coordinate all activities, programs and operations, including training and treatment programs or correctional activities as the case may be.
• Ensure adequate security measures for safeguarding.
• Maintain all records and registers required under the Act.
• Ensure proper and timely maintenance of case files.
• Take prompt action to meet emergencies.
• Maintaining all registers and files related to ICPS & JJ Act.
• Organize meetings of the Management Committees.
• Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with the State Child Protection Society and the District Child Protection Unit, DSWO and CWC, SAA.
• Ensure overall maintenance and administration of the Home premises and all care staff for all schemes
