Key Responsibilities: NOC Monitoring Engineer

Monitor global IT infrastructure and services 24×7 as part of the NOC team.

Proactively alert and escalate critical incidents.

Help maintain IT uptime and document incidents properly.

Monitor the performance of IT tools and generate periodic reports.

Log and categorize incidents using a ticketing tool and assign them to relevant teams.

Contribute to identifying and resolving performance or capacity issues.
