Job Roles and Responsibilities

Field Recruiter

Manage the recruitment process for delivery staff, warehouse workers, and other entry-level roles.
Establish strong vendor and workforce relationships.
Source candidates from educational institutions and public advertisements.
Handle enrollment paperwork, background verification, and ID creation.
Coordinate recruitment activities, especially during peak seasons, in collaboration with the operations team.

Warehouse Executive

Manage daily inbound and outbound order processing.
Maintain quality standards and inventory management.
Supervise teams and large workforces.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with data systems.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
