Key Responsibilities

Assistant Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for managing existing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Reconcile accounts, prepare sales reports, and monitor key metrics.
Address client inquiries, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and develop business with existing clients.
Communicate project progress clearly and collaborate with sales teams.
May require occasional travel.

Executive Field Coordinator

Visit hospitals, meet doctors and patients, and coordinate patient support programs.
Enroll patients, collect and submit required documents, and manage communication.
