JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for implementation of core programs for Maternal Child Health Nutrition (MCHN), Gender and Informal Education.

• Coordinate all aspects of project implementation and assist in developing the management structure for the project.

• Plan and organize capacity building exercises for all levels.

• Formulate and supervise operational research and studies to strengthen projects

• Liase, network and coordinate with government health & ICDS system.

• Strategic planning at the community level for the intervening area/ community /groups

• To manage programs, project developments, project implementations, monitoring and evaluations

• To maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, stakeholders & facilitating agencies.

• Ensure timely feedback, analysis and submission of reports and documentation of the Projects.

• Lead, supervise, coordinate and manage the project field team and ensure the implementation of set activities as per the given time frame and deadlines.

Core Competencies:

• Flair for proposal writing, budgeting and report preparation

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong Planning, coordination, time management skills

• Sound knowledge in technology

Preferred Experience and Qualification:

• Should be a Post Graduate in Social work or Public Health or Sociology from a reputed institute.

• Should have work experience (6 to 8 years) in Development/NGO Sector specifically in Health Projects (Maternal Child Health & Nutrition), Gender and Informal Education.

• Should have handled projects and responsibilities independently
