Position Details:-

Post: Project Manager
No. of Vacancies: 01
Salary: Rs. 21,000 per month plus Rs. 1,400 as Travel Allowance or as per NACO norms

Key Responsibilities

Program Implementation: Coordinate with SACS and ensure effective program execution
Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement: Build networks with district departments, SACS, DISHA, and CSR partners
Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct field evaluations, data analysis, and submit reports to SACS
Team Supervision: Evaluate TI staff performance, plan capacity-building actions, and monitor progress
Visits and Follow-up: Organize SACS and DISHA field visits and ensure program accountability

Eligibility Criteria

Education and Experience
Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related field with at least one year of experience in health, livelihood, rural development, microfinance, or HIV/AIDS programs
OR
Graduate degree in Social Sciences with minimum three years of relevant experience

Other Requirements
Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (minimum 10 days per month)
