Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Resource Interaction Management (RIM) system for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication in Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to supply chain management.
- Contribute to the development of operational processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Spanish, French, and English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Resource Interaction Management (RIM) system.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications preferred.
