Description:-
- To prepare the Production Plan for Daily schedules.
- Maintain Delivery Schedule.
- Day to day work allocation to workers.
- Calculate Efficiency / Output of Workers.
- Ensure Optimum utilisation of Machines & Manpower.
- Preparation for daily production repirt and maintain Healthy Atmosphere on the production floor.
- Inspection of Products / Rolls, Raw Material planning for Work Stations.
- Coordinate for Machine Maintenance.
- Development activities related to production Floor – Tooling, Material Handling, etc.
