Full Job Description:-
Urgent Job Opening for Catalyst Chemist at Redox Scientific, a leading Pharma Company in Ahmedabad.
Identify, develop and Synthesis laboratory projects related to catalyst chemistry, polymerization, polymer characterization, and polymer processing.
Candidate must know how to synthesis different Palladium and Iridium based catalyst and it's identification.
Initiate and develop ideas for catalyst development opportunities, along with conducting scouting research and designing experiments to develop proof-of-concept, with the intent of establishing technical and commercial feasibility
Provide technical subject matter expertise (SME) or become known as a technical SME and a company resource in polyolefin catalysis and their specific areas of technical responsibility.
Understand internal customer needs to identify opportunities and develop projects to enhance product value or manufacturing capabilities.
Support industrialization trials at the manufacturing plants for scale-up of new / improved catalyst or polymer technologies and products meeting the desired performance requirements.
Provide support to manufacturing plants, including process improvement initiatives and other activities aimed at operational excellence and continuous improvement in line with business needs.
The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of catalyst chemistry, polymerization processes, and polymer structure. A minimum of 3-5 years of industrial experience is desired. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with bench-scale laboratory equipment, experimental design, and statistical data analysis.
Perform catalyst Synthesis and purification
Troubleshoot and optimize reaction conditions
Write-up experimental results and prepare chemistry presentations
