Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must -
be below 28 years of age (Note - Relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates has been made)
hold a graduate degree in a professional course (B.E./B.Tech. degree) in Mechanical Engineering in first division with GATE qualification, OR
hold a postgraduate degree in a professional course (M.E./M.Tech. degree) in Mechanical degree in first division both at graduate and postgraduate level
Benefits
- The selected fellow will receive a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 plus HRA and medical facilities as per the government rules.
Note - No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for appearing in the Interview/Joining PXE.
Documents
- All educational qualification certificates/marksheets in originals semester wise
- Valid NET/GATE scorecard
- Caste certificate (if applicable) of the recent date issued by the Competent Authority
- NOC from the respective organisation if employed in Govt. Dept./PSUs/Autonomous bodies
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Photo ID Card issued by Govt authorities/Aadhaar Card etc.
- Three recent passport-size photographs
