Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day call center operations.
Leading and motivating customer support teams.
Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Monitoring call center KPIs and operational performance.
Managing customer escalations and conflict resolution.

Preparing operational reports and analyzing performance metrics.

10–15 years of experience in international call center or BPO operations.
