Responsibilities for Senior Manager
- Ensure process, viscosity, recovery, and incineration norms are maintained.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate performance to HOD/In-charge.
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions during deviations.
- Ensure 100% SAP entries of entire process and downtime.
- Maintain records of raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, recovery, and waste.
- Control excess or short production to manage inventory efficiently.
- Coordinate with production teams during breakdowns and parameter deviations.
- Ensure availability of required materials for each shift.
- Communicate quality status to maintain safety and consistency.
- Conduct daily plant meetings for production planning.
- Ensure adherence to safety, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities for Shift Lead
- Prepare shift-wise machine performance reports.
- Monitor all shift activities including manpower and execution.
- Implement quality corrections to reduce printing defects.
- Ensure materials and conditions are ready for color change.
- Monitor ATS operations with production and quality teams.
- Check line clearance as per SOP guidelines.
- Ensure 100% SAP entries for dips, printing confirmation, and downtime.
- Supervise color change following cGMP and GDP standards.
- Coordinate with interfacing teams to reduce backlog and WIP.
