Roles & Responsibilities – Apprentice

• Greet guests with a smile; seat them courteously.
• Set up and break down restaurant tables, buffets, and banquet facilities as per standards.
• Serve food and beverages following proper service steps.
• Maintain clean, sanitized areas (service counters, dining areas, restrooms).
• Handle crockery, glasses, and cutlery with care.
• Support senior staff during service; learn brand service standards.
• Replenish water, condiments, and other items as required.
• Follow grooming, uniform, and quality service policies.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions.
• Assist billing and coordinate with cashier when needed.

Roles & Responsibilities – Reservation Supervisor/Executive

• Assist Reservation Manager in day-to-day team operations.
• Train staff in sales techniques to increase average rate.
• Ensure accuracy of all future reservations and special requests.
• Coordinate with Accounts to validate company credit arrangements.
• Pre-block suites/VIP rooms; manage group room blocks within cut-off dates.
• Keep Sales informed on group booking status and availability.
• Maintain accurate room rate controls and inventory status.
