Position Overview
Designation: Program Outreach Officer
Salary: As per market standards
Experience: 5–8 years
Preferred: Immediate joiners with own laptop
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
-
Assist in drafting proposals and managing documentation specific to Brillo projects.
2. Reporting and Documentation
-
Prepare detailed client-wise and region-wise project reports.
-
Maintain accurate records and databases for Brillo initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
-
Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
4. Program Coordination
-
Collaborate with the Program Implementation team on Brillo project operations.
-
Conduct site visits to monitor delivery and effectiveness.
5. Project Monitoring
-
Oversee execution to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and standards.
6. Operational & Evaluation Support
-
Support evaluation activities and maintain streamlined project workflows.
Qualifications
-
Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
Key Requirements
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication
-
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
-
High proficiency in creative writing for reports and presentations
-
Ability to quickly grasp and execute new tasks
-
Dedicated, meticulous, and detail-oriented work ethic
