Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive

Respond quickly and politely to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Understand customer needs and resolve issues directly or escalate to the right team.

Document customer details and requests accurately.

Explain products, services, offers, and processes in simple and clear language.

Meet or exceed service level expectations and customer satisfaction targets.

Follow company scripts and guidelines to maintain consistent service.

Assist customers with placing, tracking, or cancelling orders and returns.
