What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and reporting issues to Quality Control and FinCrime managers.

Conducting monthly quality checks, highlighting successes and failures.

Providing feedback to analysts and conducting root cause analysis of errors.

Delivering refresher training to improve team performance.

Learning and supporting all procedures across the compliance department.

Coaching new team members and collaborating with other locations.

Handling ad-hoc duties as required.
What You’ll Need:

Solid knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance.

At least 1 year of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance controls.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Ability to adapt, take ownership, and maintain a positive attitude in a changing environment.
