Role Summary:

The Community Mobilizer will engage with communities to create awareness about the organization's skill development programs, identify potential candidates, and support their enrollment. This field-intensive role requires excellent communication, outreach, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct community outreach through home visits, meetings, and local campaigns
Collaborate with local leaders, NGOs, and institutions
Identify eligible candidates and guide them through counseling and enrollment
Maintain accurate mobilization records and report daily field activities
Coordinate with internal teams for batch planning and induction
Ensure candidate follow-up and address dropout issues

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BSW, MSW, or any graduate degree preferred
Experience: 1 to 3 years in community mobilization, NGO work, or field sales
Language: Proficiency in the local language; English or Hindi is an added advantage
Other: Willingness to travel; two-wheeler with a valid license preferred
