Act as a mentor and guide to potential learners.
Counsel students about career growth and explain the benefits of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 programs.
Manage the full sales cycle: follow-up, product demo, closing the sale, and post-sale support.
Build rapport with prospects using empathy and clear communication.
Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and provide feedback on lead quality.
Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Must be a native Kannada speaker.
Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.
Reliable and organized with a structured approach to sales.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and career guidance.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 0–1 year (Sales or EdTech experience is a plus)
