- Organize documents and files
- Prepare lead lists and meeting minutes
- Transcribe audio recordings
- Gather data for reports and comparative analysis
- Manage team calendars, scheduling, and avoid conflicts
- Email management and CRM tools handling
- Assist with accounting and invoicing tasks
