Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills: Microsoft 365
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education
Summary
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner at Accenture, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your responsibilities include configuring services on various platforms, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and troubleshooting issues at basic and intermediate levels to ensure smooth operations.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with teams to manage and perform technical tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of server and network areas.
- Experience in hardware/software support.
- Knowledge of software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Familiarity with L1 and L2 troubleshooting.
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
