Job Title: HR Executive
Company: Leading Indian IT Company
Location: Kolhapur, Pune, Bangalore/Bengaluru
Salary: ?1-5 Lacs P.A.
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 0 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize Recruitment Channels: Attract top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Coordinate Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and other departments.
  • Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background:Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI or IT industries.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • UG: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E., B.Com in Any Specialization
    • PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
