Title: Regenerative Project Coordinator
Location: New Delhi, India
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed term for 1 year (with possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
- Planning, fundraising support, communication, report writing, resource, and budget coordination.
Promotion of Regenerative Cotton Production:
- Engaging smallholder cotton farmers in adopting climate-smart and regenerative agricultural practices.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on greenhouse gas emissions, soil carbon sequestration, and other climate-related metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including farmers, NGOs, government agencies, etc., to coordinate regenerative agriculture initiatives.
Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Strengthening:
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning among teams, partners, and farmers.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Supporting partners in monitoring and reporting of regenerative agriculture interventions.
Fundraising Support:
- Assisting in preparing funding proposals.

Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or related field.
Experience: At least 4 years working with smallholder farmers in promoting regenerative agriculture.
Skills: Strong knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles, data analysis, and communication skills. Fluency in English required, proficiency in local languages beneficial.
