Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Reviewing Design Input for Adequacy.
2. Preparing Design Calculation, GA Drawing for Customer/Consultant approval.
3. Preparing detailed fabrication drawings, Bill of Material.
4. Obtaining approval from Third Party Inspection Agency, Statutory Bodies (PESO, etc)
5. Coordination with Production/Inspection group for any clarification/support.
6. Preparation of As-built drawings.
7. Strictly adhering to quality and safety policy
Knowledge
1. Knowledge in Pressure Vessel Design.
2. Knowledge of using PVElite software.
3. Knowledge of Pressure Vessel Design Codes, ASME Section-VIII, EN-13458, EN-13445, etc
4. Knowledge in preparing drawings in AutoCAD.
5. Knowledge of working with ASME U-stamped Pressure Vessels.
