Eligibility
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Gujarat Government.
Candidates must also possess either:
- A minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector Diploma from a government-recognized institute, or
- A minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector Certificate course from a recognized ITI or educational institute.
Candidates should also have basic knowledge of computer applications as prescribed under Gujarat Government recruitment rules.
Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi, or both, is required.
Certain equivalent qualifications may also be considered. Candidates who have passed Standard 10 and completed a two-year or longer NCVT/GCVT-recognized ITI course, along with the required Standard 12 English qualification, may be treated as having the required higher secondary qualification.
Candidates who have passed Standard 10 followed by a three-year recognized Polytechnic Diploma may also be considered equivalent to the required higher secondary qualification.
