Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Support project planning and business process analysis.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.
Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution.
Perform gap analysis and solution validation.
Support software implementation and testing activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and business trends.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following eligibility requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related discipline.
