Purpose of Position:

The Management Trainee will support the implementation and configuration of SAP systems, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing processes. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring the seamless deployment of SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to assess processes for SAP deployment.
Support SAP implementation to improve supply chain efficiency and production planning.
Assist in system configuration, testing, and user training.
Engage with cross-functional teams for successful SAP integration.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support for SAP systems.
Participate in project meetings, document progress, and adhere to timelines.
Communicate with stakeholders to address concerns related to SAP implementations.

Required Experience and Education:

MBA degree with a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology qualification.
Experience or coursework in supply chain, manufacturing, or IT is advantageous.
Ability to interact with Senior Management stakeholders.
Independent thinker capable of collaborating in a cross-cultural environment.

Salary Range:

?5L to ?10L per year (Glassdoor estimate).
Median salary: ?7L per year.
